B.Sc. Maths Honours is a 3-year graduate degree program, the minimum eligibility is the 12th class from a recognized school board or its equivalent exam. Interested candidates can get admission in the course on the basis of candidates performance in a relevant entrance exam, and subsequent round of counseling.
B.Sc. Math Honours: Eligibility
The normal eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Math Honours degree course is a pass degree in 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science stream with at least 50% marks obtained by candidates in Mathematics subject or in aggregate from a recognized board or Institute.

Yes, definitely you can get admission process in Jamia Millia Islamia University. Furthermore, your admission into the course you are interested in depends upon your percentile ranking among the other applicants for that course.

You should get 45% aggregate percentage in class 12th and the lowest rank you need is around 20-25k in WBJEE to get admission for B.Pharma in GNIPST. Last year, the closing rank was 22240 after 3rd round, which had gone up in the mop-up round (spot counselling round).
