Osmania University takes admission into various PG, PG Diploma and 5-Year Integrated Programmes. As you are talking about CBSE I believe you are talking with reference to 10+2. In such a case you will have to first pursue your graduation first then opt for OUCET. AS per the university website, for PG courses, CBSE specification is not mentioned.

It would be a little difficult relative to others but not impossible. To get into MBA 10th, 12th and bachelors are considered. Finally, the CAT score plays the most important role. Also, depending on the college the rules changes on what weightage is given to which section. You may do a little research on the colleges you aim for and apply by taking educated decision. For example for MBA in IIT Delhi you need to have good score throughout and in CAT. But I am sure there are other colleges which give more importance to other things like extra curricular activities. You will put the roll number and other details of the year of which the results are already announced. Improvement marks will be declared later, although you will inform the admission authority about the improvement exam but since the results are pending it will not make you eligible to appear. Hence put the roll number of the year of which you already have the results.
