According to the SAT eligibility 2018, there is no maximum or minimum age limit set by the conducting authority. Although the college board does not prescribe any particular SAT 2018 eligibility criteria. Students aged between 17-18 years of age mostly appear for the SAT 2018 test to get admission into colleges for undergraduate studies. Ideally, high school students opt for the SAT examination. Number of seats for general category for the course is 97, Last year, the cutoff for the same is 92% in best four aggregate, so you may apply for the course but it depends on this year (2018) cutoff.

It seems difficult because last year, the cutoff is 96% for general category, It varies from year to year & also depending on whether you want to take admission in grant or non-grant. However, getting above 80% means that you have a good chance of getting admission.

The cut offs change every year. They're a bit different for different categories (general, OBC, etc.). And for students coming from various boards (state, CBSE).
