Yes, you are definitely eligible for JEE Advance 2019 because they accept the marks of NIOS board also and your 12th score is also good. Best of luck for your future and if there's any query, feel free to ask.

For getting admission in a good college, you have to qualify their entrance exam. If you gave any college's entrance exam, then you can apply for admission. Or, you can take admission through JEE. If you have given any entrance exam, then you can easily get admission in computer Science cyber security. B.Tech. Good luck.

Hello Aniket,
Yes, you can apply for PSG admissions. However, you need to enroll for a single window counseling program under Anna University through which you will get admission into PSG as it is affiliated to it.
You need to have a great score, as the competition is too high. Try your best at the counseling.

The cut-off is around above 90-95% (general category) to get a seat for candidates outside Maharashtra and near 75-80% for state candidates. But remember the cut-off changes every year and vary with caste.

Hello Anshul,
As per your performance in JEE Mains and boards, your chances are nil for getting any good colleges via JEE Mains, so figure out do you really want to do engineering if yes then take 1-year break and prepare well for next year.
All the best.
