You 12th board marks and RIE CEE marks will be considered separately. For RIE CEE you need to have to be little aware about the education policies and things related to that. Revise some maths concepts of 6th to 8th standard. Knowledge of general English like articles and tenses would help.

Yes, for computer Science, it is not mandatory to have computer in class 12th. You only Have to qualify JEE. And without computer in your 12th, you can get computer science but maths is mandatory in class 12th. Then, you will get admission in engineering.
Good luck.

You can join private universities like VIT, Manipal and SRM because your JEE score is not too good for any good government college. You should try for private ones rather than the government colleges.

No, DTU considers good percentage marks students only to be eligible for admission. They require minimum percentage to be around 98. If you have less marks and percentage in CBSE then there is less chances that you will admission in DTU. But you can try once . Hope for the best and all the best.

It all depends on your AIR. Given that, you got 71% in JEE Mains, I am assuming you have a score of 255-256 which brings you a rank of around a maximum of 3K which means you have a guarantee to get in DA-IICT. The cut-off ranks are around 12K.
Hope this helps.
