Definitely you can work abroad with an NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification as it is considered a recognised professional qualification for early childhood education which can be valued by international schools and institutions in many countries that allows you to apply for teaching positions even in foreign. NIFT Kannur predominantly does degree programs, but they have some Diploma and certificate courses such as Fashion Fit and Style, Apparel Production, and other stuff like CAD for Fashion or Surface Embellishment. These are not all on offer every year, so it would be much better to check it on their website or at least just call them to see what's on offer right now.
