Based on your boards marks, very few colleges take admission, however you marks is also not so much high to get colleges like thapar university and SASTRA university. So, take a gap and prepare well for various engineering entrances next year.

PCMB and PCM both are two different branches and thus you have to give a little extra attention than the students who opted for PCM or PCB.
It will be a very good choice. If you have the desire to do it then do it with full dedication.

Both the institutes are good. I think you should go for a good branch and CSE is an excellent option.
