Hello Shubham,
There are no particular cut off marks for getting admission into IITs. They vary every year. There are specific closing and opening for every IIT and that too varies.
So, I may say in terms of ranks. Your rank should be below 2000 or 3000 (for general category) to get admission into IIT Bombay for chemical engineering.

Admission in all branches of engineering is tough in IITs as JEE Advanced is very competitive, To get chemical engineering is relatively easier in comparison to computer science and ECE branches.

Firstly, there is no on-campus placements. About employability, work permit rules are very strict in UK for international students and mainly Indians now , similarly in US competition is getting tougher and tougher. German universities and overall in Europe and Asia Pacific countries have more favourable options for international students.
