Hey Vinay,
Chemical engineering or Computer engineering both give you same chances to grow if you are a professional in your field, however CSE/IT will offer you more opportunities than chemical. Moreover it also depends on your college or university that how many companies they attract. So choose your college wisely. Some suggestions listed below -
