No, you can't get a Civil engineering seat in VR Siddhartha even if you have a reservation for your rank. You can check the official website of VR Siddhartha College for 2020 last ranks in all branches category-wise.

Dear Pooja, First of all, there is no gender discrimination in the field of education and job, in fact, nowadays girls are pursuing Civil and Mechanical engineering. You can choose M.Tech if you want to be a teacher in the future else you can go for a job in the private or public sector.
