You have asked a very interesting and pertinent question. Foreign companies do recruit students during placements season. However, for a person who is already working, this path is not available. There are really very slim chances for companies from abroad to recruit from India. But then countries like Canada have announced that they will allow immigration of almost 4 Lacs persons every year.
