So from above for other state quota (OS) your JEE Main percentile should be above 97 while for home state quota (HS) your JEE Main percentile is enough if belongs to Gujarat.

Eligibility criteria : Student passing XII from any stream or equivalent government approved diploma in Engineering/Technology with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)
SELECTION PROCEDURE : Symbiosis Entrance Test Score, Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test (PI-WAT)
So from above you are eligible. If you have completed you Engineering Diploma with minimum 50% of marks.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in going to Canada for your best of engineering studies after completion of your Diploma in India. Admissions abroad are normally given for undergraduate courses after qualifying 12th standard but then Diploma is also considered as equivalent of class 12th. Hence, I feel there should be no problem for you to get admission in a University in Canada. However, the admissions there are not exclusively based on academics but depend on host of other factors.
