The job opportunities are pretty good if you score and decent percentage in all your semesters without any backlogs. During my final year close to 50 companies came for campus placements Average package offered was 4 LPA. Companies like Bosch, L&T, TCS came for placements during my tenure. Almost 60% of the students are placed at that time. Visited Companies:
TCS, IBM, HP, Perot, Symphony Teleca, Wipro, Infosys, Ness technologies, etc. Core companies in real estate and Manufacturing sector are very less namely Grasim, Hindalco, L&T, Thermax, Reliance, etc. And Average package is 2.5Lakhs onwards. Decent Placements assistance provided overall for all Students in final year of college.

More than 750 students were placed on the same campus. The highest paid was a female candidate of instrumentation and control stream with a package of 32 Lacs, the highest in the history of the institute since 3 years. Campus placement is good in our college. Till date, about 760 plus students are placed in various companies. The average package that I have come to know is about 5-6 Lacs per annum. Students who got aggregate in first class were placed. Different IT companies, core companies had visited our college for campus placements. . Facilities provided to the students for hands on experience instruments and labs are provided by MIT. The hands on experience for civil engineering students and in campus training for job experience and personality development courses for the interview all part of the MIT civil engineering course. IT sector and very few have received core branches and relevant roles, but almost 90% students get placed with average of 4 LPA. Notwithstanding the withdrawal of offers by the e-commerce and software companies, Anna University got off to a bright start to its campus placement drive as three students have received offer letters for Rs 28 Lacs per annum, surpassing last year's the highest offer. The campus placement began last week in the university. IT majors like Microsoft, Adobe and Samsung R&D have recruited university students for pay packages of around Rs 20 Lacs per annum. Last year, Code Nation, a software developer from Bengaluru offered the maximum salary of Rs 24 Lacs per annum for two student.
