As of now, JEE Mains does not take into account the 12th marks in deciding the rank although it is needed for admission. So you may have 92-93 percentile to clear the cutoff.

As far as I'm aware, the KSOU is involved in some regulatory issues with UGC and I believe a significant number of programs conducted by them are no longer valid or recognised by the UGC. These issues has been going on for some time and UGC plans to remove restriction in a phased manner and as on when KSOU comply with all the necessary regulations. if you have passed your exams with no backlog and paid your fees , i would suggest you to take legal recourse to secure your certificate.
