Yes, you will get admission for any of the branches with 78.5%. For electrical branch, it is a little bit difficult, but for that also, 60% chances are there.

Hi Abhilash,
Sorry to say, but there is no such college for Bachelor of Engineering in civil in Mumbai distance learning, The thing is that distance learning universities don't have authority to offer Engineering courses, earlier they had the option to offer engineering course but since 2012 they had been banned to offer engineering course by UGC regulation. There are many courses which are banned like Engineering as I said, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dental, Agriculture was being offered by the distance learning universities but unfortunately, it has been banned at the end of March 2019. I would prefer IT in IIIT Lucknow as it has shown good placement result in 2019 considering it has 98.6% placement percentage and it is still ongoing.

For B.Tech in civil engineering, you should opt for the Galgotias as this college is the best college for this branch. All the other colleges that you have mentioned above on the basis of placements, infra and faculty.
