Hi Bharat,
Yes, you can join navy (navigation) as your degree is completed. Generally the minimum criteria is 60 percent in your graduation. And you need to clear the entrance exam for the same.

Hi Konsilia,
See, if you have passed in all the subjects, then you can definitely get admission in civil engineering courses or any other courses. Getting B or C in grade are generally considered as pass. So, you are eligible. Now, check on your marksheets, whether status of result is pass or not.
