Krunal bhai I will suggest you that these days emphasis is on CSE, Civil and Mech. , but it also depends upon your choice. If you are somebody who wants to sit in an AC office then ofcourse CSE is for you but if you are somebody who doesn't mind working in the field then Civil and Mech. Are very good options. These days Civil and Mech. Students are also getting good offers. Now the most important thing is the university/ college that you choose for your degree. You would be eligible for admission in first year for this course, if you can produce equivalence certificate of class 12th. For lateral admissions, normally similar branch Diploma is required. Best wishes.

Certainly not one of the best keeping in mind that they have imposed quite strict rules for Indian students. Though you will get a good quality education job prospects are bad and visa chances are low. Go through some recent news articles on this matter for better idea. Check other countries like France, Ireland etc. ,which are more friendly.
