Hello Chakresh,
You can either pursue B.Tech lateral entry or can work in industry first as a Civil/ structural Draughtsman and then as a civil site inspector and later on as a site civil engineer. If you are based in India, you can also write government exams for agencies which will allow you to sit as their eligibility criteria. To have a good career, you would need strong educational background. It means getting a qualification from a good/ reputed institution is a must. Please see some of the good institutes in India where you can pursue both of these qualifications: -

Hello Rakesh,
It's of course good to do civil engineering graduation in UK. The student is then in a better position to get job in UK as compared with students from outside UK. You can even proceed to do your PG also from UK. Job prospects are of course good there. Best wishes to your dreams of doing engineering in UK.

You can get admission for Diploma in civil but on you 10th standard marks not on your 12th commerce percentage because you have not done your 11th-12th in Science. So, you want to waste your two years.

Hello Justin,
It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your Diploma in part time mode. Unfortunately, such information is not readily available. However, I can suggest an alternative approach. Find out different Polytechnic colleges in your city, approach them one by one and seek information about part time courses.
Best wishes to you.
