I had a study and I reached on conclusion that it is not possible for you to get admission in any of the government polytechnic colleges. You are a little bit behind the required criteria to qualify for government colleges. So, now try for few private colleges with better placement and good facility.

Admissions to the course involve both Common Entrance Test (CET) based selection method as well as merit-based selection criteria that is the percentage of marks obtained at Under Graduate (UG) level. Most of the colleges who provide admissions through CET mechanism rely on the score of All India level common entrance exams like GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering) while a select few opt for a separate entrance exam of their own.
A minimum of 50% (relaxable for reserved category candidates) marks at UG level is the least which almost all the institutes desire from applying candidates (in the form of eligibility criterion).

Hello Sai, It's nice to see that you have still the appetite to study more. Good. After Diploma, a student can seek admission directly in 2nd year of engineering via lateral mode of admission. Dte of tech edu of your state will have detailed information on their website about this. Else you can appear for and clear JEE Advanced to get tin IIT since they accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th. Best wishes.
