No, three years' Diploma in Civil Engineering is not equivalent to graduation. Graduation is the next higher level of education that you can pursue after completion of your Diploma course. Candidates who have completed three years Diploma in engineering course can get direct admission in second year of BE/B.Tech graduation course. So, to obtain graduation degree, you must have to pursue your higher studies after completion of your Diploma course.

Hello Nandkishore, It's very good to hear from you about your desire to study. Yes, some colleges do indeed offer part time facility for doing engineering. But such institutes are very limited in number. Also if it's far off then obviously you will not be able to attend evening or weekend classes. Hence I would advise you to find out colleges in your city and approach them one by one with your query. You may be successful. Best wishes.

Placements at GEC, Aurangabad for civil engineering are not good. They are below than the average. Last years' package was around 2.4 LPA.

The Answer shall not be related to Germany because I guess you have given the tag any mistake. It must be understood that there are many requirements for studying abroad. In India, there are thousands of Polytechnic College and they will accept your candidature for Diploma LEET. Seeing your percentage, I shall suggest you approach colleges. No, you can't get admission for the course you have mentioned above because as you have completed Diploma in civil engineering so you are experienced in that field. So, I will recommend that you should do something in the same branch for your betterment.
