As far as job opportunities are considered, both degree holders have equal weightage. It's only aptitude and attitude that matters in written test and interviews. So don't worry. Just prepare for these. That's all.

I have not understood your query. On one hand you are declaring your score of BE and on other hand you want to know about admission in civil engineering in Pune. Can you amplify please so that you can get correct and satisfying answer.

I can appreciate and understand your wishes and angst. But only recently UGC has announced that in courses where practical is must distance mode will not be allowed. Hence your dreams appear to be difficult to fulfil. You may think of some other course.
