After the completion of 10th standard, you can apply in Diploma courses. Once you have done the 12th, you are fully eligible to choose the UG (B.Tech) programme.
You need to have PCM in 12th to apply for this course.

Hello Syeed,
After the completion of your Diploma in civil engineering, from my point of view, you should go for the LEET examination.
LEET stands for the Lateral entry entrance test. This examination is conducted for the direct admission of students in the second year of BE/B.Tech in various colleges which have completed Diploma in any stream.
If you clear this exam with good rank then you will be able to pursue Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputed college.

Yes, one of the best sectors in Canada. However, admission may be difficult with 65%. You have to check the admission requirements on university websites, prepare a very strong SOP and also the recommendation letters must be outstanding.
