Hello Ajinkya,
For joining civil engineering, you need to have PCM in 12th. Also, you need to appear and pass with a good marks entrance exam. Have you done any of these? Else continue to do B.Sc.

Hi Shivangi, I totally agree with Puneet, either your brother can wait for second counselling and if he still doesn't get Mechanical then he can take admission in the first year.
I am suggesting this to you because first year's syllabus is mostly same and he can still change his stream before 3rd semester starts by giving a TU-Test which most student who wish to change their streams, also the Syllabus is same as IIT syllabus so it won't be any difficult for him.

Even I faced some troubles, when I did my Diploma 6 years ago. Only UK allows the students to go for higher studies after Diploma. Most of the countries have certain rules, like you should have completed school education for at least 16-18 years. You have two options, one is to study in UK or else do your Bachelor's degree in India and go for Masters in abroad. Don't go and to some useless country where you don't have scope.

Yes, you can take admission in pharmacy, but you need to give it a thought as both the fields are totally different.

Galgotias University is famous only for CSE as in CSE branch it has very good placement record but there is no placement in civil engineering as per as record so you may try other branch in galgotias university.

Yes, you are eligible.
(A) The first year of post SSC.
(i) The candidate should be an Indian national;
(ii) Passed secondary school certificate (SSC) or its equivalent with at least 35% aggregate marks.
(B) Direct second year of Post SSC.-
(i) The candidate should be Indian national;
(ii) Passed higher secondary school certificate (HSC) in science or HSC in science with vocational or HSC in science with technical or SSC with 2 years of ITI with appropriate specialization.
