No, as per the AICTE as well as council of Architecture and ministry of HRD guideline any program in pharmacy, engineering and technology including architecture cannot be offered in distance mode as you have to do it full time. Yes, if you are not looking for government recognition, you may check for a chartered program such as AMIE or Indian Institute of Architecture. You may also check B.Sc interior designing offered by Annamalai University through INIFD.

Dear,
As per your overall ranking, faculty experience and research papers, opportunities, exposure, brand value, study methodology and study abroad programme. I would suggest Amity university for B.Tech civil engineering.
All the best.

Hi Sriraj, you can apply for Masters but you need to check the admission requirements on university websites or the DAAD website before applying. German universities are highly competitive. Admissions are mostly based on your academic grades, publications, patents and also a strong SOP and LORs plus extracurriculars. Take your IELTS. Knowledge of German language is recommended though more and more master degree programs are taught in English.

Hi Saim, first you have to decide what you are going to study and where you want to settle. What is best for you is something you have to decide. Ask yourself if you want to pursue further studies in civil engineering or specialize in related fields like urban planning and design, architecture etc or do you want to pursue management studies. Know what you want and decide accordingly.
