I suggest you to go through B.Tech as it is good and has more demand in near future also.
If you not applied for any B.Tech college then don't worry there are many college which takes admission through 12th marks.

If you really want to excel in your field and want a good job then you should now go for a B.Tech course in civil engineering. After Diploma, you can get direct admission in the second year in any engineering college. It is generally direct admission or you might have to appear for an exam.
