Hi Abhinav,
If you want to get admission in IITs, then you have to score above 75% in class 12th. If you want to get admission in any government or any private college, then you have to score above 80% and have to quality for the entrance exam.

There is no short term courses on the basis of Diploma in engineering. You should have graduation with experience, then you can go for executive MBA program.

Civil engineering won't help you much while doing your MBA. At the same time it won't put you at a disadvantage either. But incase you are inclined towards engineering degree, the closest you get it by choosing Operations specialisation. Good luck!

qualification for being an air hostess is 12th or some where it is graduation , It will be great if you do some certification course from air hostess academy to get job in airlines
