You must give ts eamcet examination then according to that you will get into college.! If u want to join this year without entrance then you can join CBIT/MGIT/VASAVI/ VNR VIGNANA JYOTHI and many other best colleges by management quota it may b costing you nearly 1-4 lacs depending upon colleges these colleges have best placements too.!

Both branches are good. However today is the age of IT in India. There are more job opportunities in IT in comparison to Civil Engineering.

You can choose any one like structural engineering, Geotechnical engineering, earthquake engineering, transportation engineering, highway engineering, hydraulic engineering, earthquake engineering, water resource, environmental etc
