So, f (x) + g (x) is many-one-and an into function. We won't get 'I' in the range.

First we arrange 5 red cubes in a row and assume  number of blue cubes between them

H e r e , x 1 + x 2 + x 3 + x 4 + x 5 + x 6 = 1 1            

and    x 2 , x 3 , x 4 , x 5 2

so x 1 + x 2 + x 3 + x 4 + x 5 + x 6 = 3
