Whether you can get an NLU with 70 marks in CLAT depends on several factors, including the cutoff, category, and seat availability. Here's a general idea:
1. Top NLUs (NLSIU, NALSAR, WBNUJS, etc.)
Require 85+ marks for General Category.
With 70 marks, admission is unlikely unless you belong to a reserved category with a lower cutoff.
2. Mid-Tier NLUs (NLUO, RMLNLU, HNLU, etc.)
Cutoffs generally range between 70-85.
You may have a chance, especially in later rounds or through reserved category seats.
3. Lower-Ranked NLUs & Vacant Seats

As per official sources, the CLAT 2025 results have been released by the NLU Consortium. Candidates seeking admission to the JLU Bhopal BA LLB course via CLAT must have secured a minimum of 50 marks. Those who have not secured the prescribed marks can appear for the JLUET exam, which is conducted by the university itself.

Yes, Gujarat National Law University, accepts CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) scores for admission to its various undergraduate and postgraduate law programs, including the BA LLB, BCom LLB, BBA LLB, BSc LLB and LLM courses. Narsee Monjee Mumbai (NMIMS) accepts both CLAT and LSAT scores for admission to its law programs. The BBA LL.B. programme has strong placement prospects with the highest salary package being 16 LPA, and the lowest around 6 LPA, with an average between 5 LPA and 6 LPA.
