No, BA students cannot pursue MCA. The stream is totally different. You will have to do BCA or B.Tech in CSE to be eligible for this course.

All professional society graduates who have enrolled before May 31 ,2013 with professional institutions IEI, IETE, AeSI, IME(I), ICE(I) are credited, as AICTE approved degree in engineering holders just like any other AICTE approved engineering degree holder.
