For admission MSc in CS at the University of Regina, the applicants are required to have a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with an overall average of 70% at least, and particular Computer Science average of at least 75%. The application requirements are:

The amount of the Uni of Regina International Entrance Scholarship is CAD 3,000 in tuition or housing credit (as per students' choice). All international students applying to a UG course will be automatically considered for this scholarship. Also, to receive this scholarship, the applicants should have an admission average of 85%.

The Uni of Regina has started offering a new scholarship named as the University of Regina International Student of Distinction Scholarship. As per this scholarship, in each term, 50 international students with the highest high school averages, and studying a 4-year UG degree, will be awarded free on-campus housing and a meal plan. The award value is CAD 80,000 for 4 years. Students should apply to a UG degree programme directly from high school in order to be considered. Tier 2 scholarships of CAD 40,000 and Diploma Distinction scholarships of CAD 20,000 are also offered.
