Yes, an average Indian student can join Luther College. All he/she needs to do is pass the English proficiency tests like TOEFL, and IELTS passing the eligibility criteria of each test. A score of 85 in TOEFL is good for Luther College. This meets the criteria of the minimum English language proficiency required to get admitted to the college. The scores required are different for different courses. However, a higher score is responsible for having more weightage in the application form thus getting admitted to Luther College.
