Yes, you can go for either. The percentage is less but that does not mean that you will not get any admission. There are many universities that can get you best education in Canada.

Why would you want to spend a huge amount of money to go to Canada to pursue just a PG Diploma? If you really want to go for your higher studies to Canada just go for your MS. Why? Firstly, this is a proper Master Degree and not any Diploma, Secondly anywhere around the world Master Degree in a Technical field has a way bigger value than a Diploma. A study abroad consultant will always suggest you go for PG Diploma because most of the colleges are settled up with Indian consultants. Do your research and ping me if you are still in doubts.

It can cost anywhere between 5-10 thousand Canadian dollars. Tuition and other fees all included may cost up to this much. This does not include your stay charges and you may need to arrange for your own stay. There may be some colleges that offer stay options too, but you may need to check on that and the fees will be extra for stay. If you wish to reduce the expenditure of your study in Canada, it would be a good idea to visit Shelldreams Overseas website. They are expert study visa consultants who have vast experience on helping students from all over India to study abroad. Do check their website to know more.
