It is a good and reputed university. About living on campus or off campus, international students spend first semester or the first year on-campus to get some understanding. Since living on campus is usually expensive they start looking for off campus accommodations after a semester or two. Since you wouldn't know any real estate agent in Canada right now, it is advisable you first live there for a semester and then look for another option.

This is a choice between courses as both the colleges are good. If you have some work experience and you are confident of scoring high on GMAT, then go for MBA. If not, then PGDM is a safer choice.

It depends on your interest and criteria you have set for university selection. Though, in terms of comparison, I would say that MIT will have an edge over University of Toronto in terms of worldwide rankings.

11th grade marks do not matter. Work hard in 12th as its marks actually matter. Also, start preparing for IELTS exam from British Council. It is an English proficiency exam and its result is valued all over the world. Please refer to the link.
