It is a good university. The kind of jobs you get after the course totally depends on you, since there is no concept of campus hiring in Canada. You will have to look for a job on your own through your network.

If you are going for a UG course, you must get LOR from your counselor or principal. If you are going for a PG course, you must try taking an LOR from your UG college's head of department, or your employer if you have worked. Having a strong LOR is a great addition to the profile.

You should apply with an application drafted in a better way. Without knowing exactly why they rejected your application and without reviewing it giving any advice would be wrong. Just remember you must show interest, and give good reasoning for your course and university choice. Your application should reflect that you want to gain knowledge, and don't want to stay in Canada after studies.

You will get post study work permit equal to the duration of your course. So if your course duration is one year, you can't stay for two years.

Please mention which specialization you wish to pursue for your Masters. Most universities don't give admission to students with scores less than mentioned. So you can write to the university and ask them if your profile is eligible or not.

Scholarships for universities abroad are a domain of the college itself. So if you are applying to a certain college, the admission officer will automatically shortlist you for scholarship if your profile is eligible. In most cases, you don't have to apply separately for scholarships.
You need to get in touch with the university or college of your choice. Ask them about the eligibility criteria for scholarships are they are different for each institute.

Any university in Canada would require 80-85% at least for science courses. Better percentage along with a good profile in co-curricular will help you.
