Colleges in Delhi

Hi,
NSIT vs DTU.
This is the dilemma that almost every engineering aspirant in Delhi faces and it's not easily resolvable. I am not the right person to tell which college is better for CSE but I can tell you the major points of CSE departments in both the colleges.
DTU has a world class state of art auditorium, air conditioned classrooms, wifi enabled campus and an enviable canteen that serves lip smacking dishes at throw away prices. NSIT, on the other hand, has a tiny auditorium within the administrative building which cannot even accommodate 400 students.
Labs are not well maintained in DTU. Where NSIT has equipped with good and upgraded computers hardware.
The environment in NSIT is still largely inclined towards academics. Here, teachers do teach and students do study. I am not saying that the students do not study at DTU but in general, DTU is more focused on extra - curricular.
Now talking about the placements in both the colleges.
DTU has 100% placement and so has NSIT. Why surveys keep DTU ahead in placements is because 100% placements in 15 branches is definitely a bigger deal than 100% placement in just 6 branches that NSIT offers.
NSITians from CSE grabbed a whopping 1.4 crore package from Fb.
DTUite on other hand grabbed a 1.27 crore package from Google.

There are two modes for admission in M.Sc (Physics) at Hindu College, Delhi University:
(A) Eligibility for entrance mode admission: Candidate must have completed B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from any recognized university with 50% aggregate and 50% in Physics or a candidate must have completed B.Sc in Physics, B.Sc (Hons) in Electronics or Bachelor in Applied Science with Honors in instrumentation/electronics from any recognized university (in 10+2+3 scheme of examination) with 60% aggregate and 60% in Physics. Or Any Science or Engineering graduate with Physics and Mathematics in graduation with 60% aggregate and 60% in Physics.
(B) Eligibility for Merit mode admission: Candidate must have completed B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from University of Delhi with 60% aggregate and 60% in Physics. Must have studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Statistics/Geology/ Electronics/ Computer Science at graduation level (applicable to all the above-mentioned criteria in both the modes of admission).

The selection of candidates for Ab-initio (PPL) to CPL Course at Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, commonly called IGRUA is done as per merit compiled after Written Test, Pilot Aptitude Test and the Interview. Written test is two hours test consisting of questions on General English, Maths, Physics and Reasoning (10+2 standard). The successful candidates in Written Examination undergo Pilot Aptitude Test and Interview. A merit list is prepared for different categories of candidates as per GOI guidelines and the shortlisted candidates are issued Instructions to join in batches for effective utilization of IGRUA resources.
