Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Awantipora offers four-year BTech in the full-time mode. There are various BTech specialisations available at IUST. IUST Awantipora fee structure for the four-year BTech programme includes tuition fees, admission fees and security deposit. The admission fee and security deposit are payable only once, at admission. IUST Awantipora BTech admission is entrance-based. It accepts the exam scores of JEE Main (Paper 1) for various BTech specialisations except BTech in Food Production. Admission to BTech in Food Production is based on the applicants' performance in CUET UG (Biology/ Biological Studies/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry, Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics subject). As per the available information, getting direct admission to the BTech programme of IUST Awantipora may not be possible. The admisson is primarily entrance-based. The university accepts JEE Main/CUET UG scores to shortlist applicants for admission. Further, applicants are required to fulfil the preset eligibility crietria. Only the candidates who have completed Class 12 with the minimum required aggregate and relevant subjects are eligible for admission. The university may also provide merit-based admission in case of vacant seats (if any). However, preference is given to candidates with a valid entrance exam score.

IUST Awantipora and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) are well-known universities offering MBA in Jammu & Kashmir. The tuition fees for IUST Awantipora MBA courses range between INR 1.24 Lacs and INR 2.74 lakh. On the other hand, the MBA fees at SMVDU range between INR 3.2 Lacs and INR 3.5 lakh.
