Hello Gupta,
Well, CUSAT is a government college so it has a bit of edge over Heritage's private ownership, however, if you got the main campus of CUSAT then only its worth taking, otherwise, HIT-Kolkata is a better option.

The fee structure is standardized from this year. XIME has centralized placements which happen in Bangalore campus. So Kochi, Chennai doesn't make a big difference.

You have to have 6.0 in all four modules. Only then, you can continue with other formalities or courses that you are looking at to do abroad.

There are many colleges and universities that offer the Master of sciences in biology programme in India. For finance I'll suggest you SIES. It's a very good college for finance students as it gives good ROI as well as good learning. ITM is also good but keep it as a second option as it is not that very much good in terms of ROI. The average package of finance in ITM is around 4.5-5 lakhs whereas in SIES it is around 6 lakhs, which brings a major difference in ROI.
