CUSAT offers an MBA full-time with valid KMAT/CMAT/CAT scores, then a group discussion and interview. CUSAT treats Human Resources as an elective subject, not a specialisation. As per the latest cutoff 2023 data available, the closing rank for the MBA course at CUSAT is 83. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the course is that the candidate should have a bachelor degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate. The marks obtained in the aptitude test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) in the ratio of 70:15:15 are considered for selection.

Cochin University accepts management aptitude tests such as CAT, CMAT, KMAT, CUSAT CAT, MAT, and KMAT KERALA for admission. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the course is that the candidate should have a bachelor degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate. The marks obtained in the aptitude test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) in the ratio of 70:15:15 are considered for selection. There are 120 regular seats available at CUSAT for the MBA programme.

Admission to the BTech programme is through CUSAT CAT. The basic eligibility criteria to be eligible to apply for BTech Computer Science is that the candidate must be a Class 12 pass with 50% aggregate in PCM and 50% in Mathematics. Kerala Scheduled Caste (KSC) and Kerala Scheduled Tribe (KST) communities require only pass marks whereas SEBC candidates of Kerala State (non-creamy layer category) are eligible for 5% relaxation in qualifying exam marks. Candidates can follow the steps below to apply for the course:
