Hi H G,
Candidates should have passed B.Sc with Physics as major subject with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Management or Commerce from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

See, no doubt, companies visit their campuses for the placement drive but the main problem is that they offer the job only to the top 10-20 students. All the other students simply have to give their interviews and they only get the offer letter asking them to join after 2 years or 3 years.
