Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Vellore is a private deemed university with a top rank of 9 in the Engineering category in the NIRF 2022 Rankings. It conducts the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination VITEEE for admission to B.Tech and has recently declared the VITEEE 2022 result. VITEEE's closing rank is considered a cut-off for B.Tech admission, which is based on marks obtained in the results. It has recently declared results for VIT 2022 in July, and eligible candidates are called for the counselling process. Dear Student, Vellore Institute of Technology is a private deemed university with rank 9 under the "Engineering" category (NIRF). It offers a 5-year integrated postgraduate programme (MTech in software engineering).
As of now, there is no entrance exam-based criteria for this particular course. To be eligible, you must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State or Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with a 65% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
It does have a merit-based fee structure as follows:
Category 1 tuition fee ( 1-3years): INR 96,000
Category 2 tuition
