(Hons.) in Agriculture at VIT Vellore based on your degree merit, Candidates must have cleared their Class 12th in science stream with a minimum percentage of 50% to 60% aggregate marks from a recognised board. They have core subject combinations either PCM or PCB in their 10+2 level of education.

I guess the cut off is 60%, but I can confirm you that by 96% the Vellore seats get over and last year one of my cousins joined and he got second category in Amravati for 93%. So I may answer you where you'll get the seat for your percentage

You have got a descent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you a integrated M.Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in second category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and mentioned course is most common choice in integrated programme. The best possible options are:
Integrated CSE at Vellore (1 or2)
Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore (Category 1 most probably else in second category)
Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 1)
Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 1)
