According to the students reviews,SIHM Rohtak is really very good for Diploma in Food Production. They provide great infrastructure and learning to the students .Most of the faculty members be it Food Production, Front Office, Bakery, Food & Beverage Services are well experienced and have induatry knowledge.

The institute has a total of 30 seats for the Diploma in Culinary Arts programme. IICCM allot seats based on the applicants merit in the last qualifying exam.
