Hello Sai, IIT JAM exam is organized for the selection of candidates for M.Sc. Integrated M.Sc-PhD and other PG Programs. As you have completed the Masters degree in mathematics, you should apply for CSIR NET exam to be eligible for Ph.D. Admission into top institutes. The CSIR NET exam is held twice a year for the selection of candidates for lectureship and JRF. After qualifying the exam, you will be eligible for the higher education, like Ph.D. exam. No, you cannot get a B.Tech certificate based on your work experience. You have to take either full time or part time course in order to get a completed B.Tech certificate from any of the Institute.
