You can join a degree course if the university in which you are going to take admission has the criteria not to present the marks sheet at the time of admission. So, it all depends on the university. Contact the administration of that college for further details.

You will have to work hard for government exams after class 12th. It's up to you and if you can do it, you should go for the government exam. You can choose a degree in any of the streams like pharmacy and nursing.

Hi,
The degree will be valid as you've already completed the degree. So, even if UGC bans that university, your degree would be considered legitimate.
