Normally students opt for graduation after competition of Diploma in engineering. In any case eligibility for Diploma is class 12th & so also it is for graduation. Hence, if you have completed graduation then you can definitely seek admission for Diploma in engineering, but it is not called as PG Diploma. Best wishes to you.

The essential qualification for s. no. 1 is graduate with 60% of marks, while s. no. 2 and 3 required Master degree in respective disciplines with 55% of marks. Hence, you can apply for the posts as mentioned at s. no. 2 and 3. For more details please see the notification.
