So, you have already completed your graduation by the time you join the course, so it will not make much difference, you only have to pass one exam which will not be a big deal for you as its not next level exam. But you would have to be below 30 years of age.

Don't worry about the percentage of Hindu in a minority college. I have done my studies too from a minority university but I never felt such a religion based difference inside the campus. It is a good college for B.Com.
