Bachelors in Architecture course trains you to design spaces. Architecture is an art, Science and practice of designing and constructing buildings. It is both, the process and product of Planning, Designing and Construction of a space. It requires manipulation and co-ordination of material, technology, light and shadow. Whereas Civil engineering is trains you more about site execution.

Yes, many Arts and Design courses offer Web Designing as a specialisation. These are valid courses recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Don't worry about the percentage of Hindu in a minority college. I have done my studies too from a minority university but I never felt such a religion based difference inside the campus. It is a good college for B.Com.
