I have done BA after completing my schooling in commerce, but I am associate finance searching for job, just because of degree, I got three rejection in one months and 11 rejection via mail in one month degree matters not experience. No, you cannot do on the basis of engineering Diploma. However, if you have passed class 12th, then you are eligible.
