You can't take a degree without 10+2. So, it's better to complete 12th or any Diploma to take admission in any degree course.

Hi,
If you have not yet written intermediate exam, first try to complete it and later on you could get a degree. But no university in regular mode offers you a Bachelor degree in any stream in India.

Yes, you can. You can opt for MCA from a good university/college and you do not need to have Bachelors degree In IT for it.
