It is nice to hear from you that after 2 years of work experience you are now interested in doing your post-graduation in one of the subjects related to electrical engineering. In computer Science engineering, the main and most important thing is that your knowledge matters rather than your score, no matter what your age is, so you can opt for this at any point of age, if you have knowledge, you can have job.

After B.Sc in chemistry, you can do M.Sc in Biochemistry. After Bachelor's degree, do M.Sc (preferably in medical biochemistry) and then Ph.D. Along with chemistry, you should also have to learn Zoology-Botany and/or similar subjects in your graduation form Science.
